I've led manufacturing, development, and implementation projects in Czech and multinational companies – Magna, Škoda Electric, Eaton, Unipetrol, MUT Automotive.

I manage multidisciplinary teams, set up processes, and integrate new technologies. I rescue problematic projects and launch new ones.

I don't stick to methodology. I help projects work – and teams collaborate.

What I bring:

  • Quick orientation even in chaotic environments
  • Systematic approach without unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Bridging technology, people, and business goals
  • Ability to transfer functional principles across industries
2023–2024

MUT Automotive

Key Account Manager
MES system with camera monitoring, technology projects with suppliers

I led the implementation of a camera-based MES system in collaboration with a Czech startup. I also coordinated other technology projects with international partners from Germany and Italy – from requirements through communication to production preparation. The work combined technical understanding with project management and adapting solutions to real-world operations.

2022–2023

Hronovský s.r.o.

Project Manager
Company's largest project in history – KOSTAL / Audi

The Audi project had a budget of 3 million euros and extremely demanding requirements: new product design, incomplete development, lack of personnel, and almost daily changes. Despite this, I managed to launch the project, create a new plan, take responsibility, and bring development into real production. The originally loss-making project became profitable – thanks to rigorous risk management, prioritization, and daily client communication.

2019–2022

Škoda Electric

Project Manager
New planning system and implementation of multi-million projects

During restructuring, I implemented a new capacity planning and reporting system that simplified processes and led to significant time savings. In parallel, I managed implementation projects worth hundreds of millions of crowns. In a demanding environment with high requirements for reporting, technical documentation, and cross-departmental coordination, I helped get project management back on track.

2018–2019

Unipetrol

Project Manager - Investor oversight
Investor oversight in over ten projects

As an investor representative, I oversaw concurrent investment projects in the refinery complex – from contractor negotiations to safety oversight and coordination. This was an environment with high emphasis on safety, schedule adherence, and communication across departments and external partners.

2016–2017

Eaton Industries

Cost Estimator
Analytics, budgets, optimization proposals

I prepared price quotations, identified savings, and proposed alternative manufacturing variants. At Eaton, I collaborated with engineering, purchasing, and finance – learning to understand technical proposals while thinking commercially. Here I understood how crucial it is to speak the language of different teams.

2005–2016

Magna Automotive

CAD Coordinator
CAD, teamwork, process automation

I started in design and gradually took over leadership of a small CAD team. Alongside daily work on OEM customer projects, I began programming in VBA and developing custom tools to streamline routine tasks. Automation became my passion – whether data processing, inter-departmental communication, or time savings in repetitive tasks. This experience laid the foundation for my later approach of 'thinking systematically and simplifying what unnecessarily slows down work'.

Veselý blog

Personal Substack blog

Personal Substack blog where I connect technology, meaningful work, and systems thinking. I write about efficiency, decision-making, digital tools, and sometimes society – ironically, but with a point. It serves as a space for testing ideas, style, and long-term publishing direction.

  • Essays on work, technology, decision-making
  • Style: structured, clear, no empty phrases
  • Space for sharing perspective beyond industry bubbles

I'm interested in why things work – or don't work.

Whether it's a team, system, market, or society, I'm always drawn to the same thing: how the setup influences the outcome.

In projects, I look for structures that make sense and support collaboration.

In trading, I observe how human behavior is reflected in the numbers.

In writing, I explore how arguments and motivations evolve.

My work and thinking rest on three pillars – human, technology, and system. Whatever I create, I look for connections, ask questions, and build on feedback.

human×technology×system

Different perspectives. One goal.

I look for projects where technical challenges meet human dimensions.

Where it's not enough to just complete the task, but to understand the context.

We can work together to:

  • Build something from scratch
  • Simplify what has grown too complex
  • Connect what doesn't communicate
  • Or just discuss an idea over coffee
The best projects happen when we understand each other not just professionally, but humanly."
